GrowLocal ("we", "us", "our") is a home-gardening platform that helps users track crops, connect with local growers, and exchange fresh produce. GrowLocal is currently available only in India and the United States.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are located in a supported country.
GrowLocal is a community platform for personal home-grown surplus. You must not list commercially farmed produce, illegal substances, or misleading items. GrowLocal does not act as a party to any transaction between users. All sales, trades, and free exchanges are solely between the users involved.
Always meet in a public place when collecting produce. GrowLocal provides safety guidance but accepts no liability for the outcome of any in-person exchange. If you suspect fraudulent activity, use the in-app report feature.
GrowLocal displays product recommendations through Amazon affiliate links. When you click a link and make a purchase, GrowLocal may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. These recommendations are editorial and not paid placements.
GrowLocal may display third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. Ads are served by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies.
You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting, you grant GrowLocal a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse other users, or engage in fraudulent behaviour.
GrowLocal is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to failed transactions, personal disputes, or crop failures.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
